In short

The Delta has public ramps from Sacramento to Antioch and dozens of private marinas around Rio Vista, Isleton, Bethel Island and Stockton. Here's where to put in, area by area, with the fees and rules Dockya has confirmed.

The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta has more than 1,000 miles of waterways and a launch or marina on almost every stretch. Public ramps run by cities and counties are the cheapest way in, usually $8 to $15 a day. Private marinas add fuel, dry storage, guest slips and restaurants. Golden mussels were found in the Delta in October 2024, so Clean, Drain and Dry after every trip.
