Overview

Paradise Point Marina is a long-running public marina and boat-launch facility at 8095 North Rio Blanco Road in Stockton, about two miles off Interstate 5. The marina advertises access to more than 700 miles of Delta waterways, and it promotes its location for fishing, with launching, moorage and dry storage on site.

The ramp

The ramp has two lanes and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Posted fees are $15 for a single boat launch, a $225 annual pass valid through December 31 and a $175 rate for repeat pass holders. Kayaks launch for $10, with a $130 annual pass. The marina says there is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers, and the state facility listing counts about 100 trailer spaces. Valet launching is also listed.

Slips, storage and services

The state facility listing shows 178 slips or tie-ups for boats up to 60 feet, 75 dry-storage spaces, a boarding float and two carry-down walkways. Fuel, a store, ice, showers, laundry, restrooms and a restaurant are listed. The marina also lists boat rentals, haul-out and repair, tackle, and a sewage pump-out and oil disposal.

Good to know

Golden mussels were found in the Delta near Stockton in October 2024, so rinse and dry gear after launching. Call (209) 952-1000 before you go to confirm the store and restaurant are open.

Getting there & access

By road

The marina is at 8095 North Rio Blanco Road in Stockton, about two miles from Interstate 5. The ramp and the trailer parking area are on the property.

Launch ramp

A two-lane ramp that the marina says is open 24 hours, every day of the year. A single launch is $15 and an annual pass is $225 through December 31, with a $175 rate for repeat pass holders. Kayak launches are $10, or a $130 annual pass. The state listing also shows one boarding float and two carry-down walkways.
