New Hope Landing is an RV park and small marina on the Mokelumne River between Thornton and Walnut Grove. Its launch is a popular start for fishing the Mokelumne and the eastern Delta.

The state boating database lists about 25 parking spaces for vehicles with trailers, two carry-down walkways, a handful of slips, pump-out, a store with tackle and campsites. The RV park is mostly month-to-month.

Golden mussels are now in the Delta, so clean, drain and dry your boat before taking it to any inland lake.
