About this boat ramp

Whiskey Creek Boat Launch sits on the sheltered Whiskey Creek arm on the north side of [Whiskeytown Lake](/lakes/whiskeytown-lake), off Whiskey Creek Road near Highway 299.

The launch

The Park Service lists a boat ramp and small-boat launch, a dock, an accessible fishing pier next to the parking lot, a large lot with trailer and RV parking, picnic tables and grills, and flush toilets with an accessible restroom.

Who uses it

Because the arm is sheltered, it's popular with kayakers, anglers and boaters towing water skiers. Jet skis aren't allowed on the lake, and an entrance pass is required.

Getting there & access
