About this boat ramp

Status: closed. State Parks closed the Enterprise boat ramp in August 2026 because of lowering lake levels. The Department of Water Resources pointed boaters to Spillway, Loafer Creek, Bidwell Canyon and Lime Saddle instead.

Enterprise is a Lake Oroville State Recreation Area launch off Lumpkin Road on the South Fork arm of [Lake Oroville](/lakes/lake-oroville). It sits higher than the other ramps, so it's the first to close as the lake drops.

Where to launch instead

Use the [Spillway](/ramps/spillway-boat-ramp-lake-oroville) or [Loafer Creek](/ramps/loafer-creek-boat-ramp-lake-oroville) ramps, or the launches at [Bidwell Canyon](/marinas/bidwell-canyon-marina) and [Lime Saddle](/marinas/lime-saddle-marina). Check State Parks' ramp status before you tow.

Getting there & access

By road

Enterprise is off Lumpkin Road east of Oroville.

Closed
