About this boat ramp
Centimudi Public Boat Ramp is a Forest Service launch on the lower end of [Shasta Lake](/lakes/shasta-lake), about a mile from Shasta Dam Boulevard and close to [Digger Bay Marina](/marinas/digger-bay-marina).
The ramp
Centimudi is one of the lake's best low-water ramps. Four lanes with a courtesy dock work to about 75 feet of drawdown, three lanes to about 95 feet, and two lanes all the way to about 210 feet. There's an accessible loading platform, flush toilets and 105 spaces in two paved, lighted lots. There's no drinking water.
Good to know
It's day use only. The Forest Service has reported heavy driftwood at the ramp, and the lots often fill on holiday weekends.
Getting there & access
By road
From I-5 take exit 685 (Shasta Dam Boulevard) and follow it about 4.5 miles to the four-way stop at Lake Boulevard. Turn right and go about a mile to the ramp.
Mussel rules
Arrive clean, drained and completely dry: at least 5 days dry if the boat was last used outside the area, or 30 days (or a professional decontamination) after waters with golden mussels. Show a signed Mussel-Free Self-Certification through the windshield.
Driftwood
The Forest Service has reported heavy driftwood at the ramp; watch for floating debris when launching.
