Gangway closure

The city closed the ramp's gangway in February 2020 for structural deficiencies and said it would post a timeline once repairs were scheduled; we haven't found one. Call the city before you go. Alameda's other public launch is the [Encinal ramp](/ramps/encinal-boat-ramp).
