About this lake
Vasona Lake is the centerpiece of Vasona Lake County Park in Los Gatos.
On the water
Private boats aren't allowed, but in season LGS Recreation rents pedal boats, canoes, single and double kayaks, paddleboards, adaptive kayaks and sailboats from the Vasona Boathouse. Sailboat renters need U.S. Sailing or ASA certification or an LGS sailboat rental card.
Good to know
Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket, and rentals are paid by credit card only. The boathouse closes for the off-season, so check before you go.

The boathouse is in Vasona Lake County Park at 333 Blossom Hill Road; walk-in entrances are on Garden Hill Drive and University Avenue.
