Buccaneer Beach is a small family beach at 1500 South Pacific Street in south Oceanside. Across the street, Buccaneer Park has a lawn, a restroom, a cafe and a shaded gazebo, and Loma Alta Creek runs beside the park, a good spot for bird watching.
Rules
City of Oceanside beach rules apply: no dogs on the beach (leashed dogs can walk The Strand), no alcohol and no glass. Fires are allowed only in designated City fire rings.
